Return Label

Need to make a return? No problem. We can provide an Australia Post return label that can cover an iTechworld product. This includes but is not limited to: (1) Flexible Solar Panels; (2) Hard Frame Solar Panels; (3) Lithium Batteries heavier than 25.4kg. 

If you are returning more than one box/product, you will need to purchase a label for each box/product.

Instructions

1. Click "add to cart".

2. Select the number of return labels required.

3. Click "Check out".

4. Fill in your address details.

5. Enter the order number of the product you are returning in the "Company" field of the address.

6. Click continue to payment and pay for the label(s).

7. Please allow up to 24 hours for the label to come via email.

8. Print the label off and attach it to the product's packaging that you are returning.

9. Take the product with the label attached on the packaging to your local Post Office and they will take care of the rest.
